What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our policy is to make the best choice for your flowers. Either our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot, or if needed, we'll return the flowers to our North Seattle Shop and leave a tag alerting your recipient to the gift. They can either arrange a re-delivery or come collect it from our shop during business hours.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Seattle?
Yes, we deliver to anywhere with an address including apartments, houses, event venues, nursing homes, hospitals, businesses, and more across Seattle. Please provide the full address (including any information needed for buzzing into apartment complexes) and any delivery notes during checkout.

Keep your flowers hydrated and free from bacteria and debris, and in a cool spot away from direct sunlight or fans. Every few days trim the stems and replace the water to extend their life.
